Pterosaur
Dinotopia
With an extensive wingspan of 11 metres, pterosaurs are the largest extinct flying reptiles that ever lived on Earth. They are the earliest vertebrates known to have the power of flying. The largest pterosaurs could reach speeds of over hundred kilometers per hour and traveling thousands of kilometres.
Pterosaur was the king of the sky in the prehistoric world. Though most pterosaurs ate fish, some may occasionally eat fruits, insects and snails.
The wingspan of the largest pterosaur could be up to 11 m, which is almost thrice the length of that of the biggest albatross.
